- Property details: the property address, occupancy or condition information, your situation (for example vacant, inherited, tenant-occupied, or needing repairs), your preferred timeline, and any notes you choose to include.
- Communication records: the content of emails, text messages, voicemails, and calls you exchange with us, and notes we take about them.
- Consent records: whether you checked the non-marketing informational SMS consent box, whether you checked the marketing SMS consent box, the exact consent language shown to you for each, and the date and time of your submission. We keep these records to document consent and to honor opt-out requests.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our Site and our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you viewed. This information is used for security and to understand how the Site is used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.

3. SMS and call communications
Our form offers two separate, independent SMS consent checkboxes. Both are optional and unchecked by default:
- Non-marketing informational messages. Recurring text messages concerning the property inquiry initiated by you, including your cash-offer request, appointments, and transaction updates.
- Marketing messages. Recurring automated text messages about our property-buying services and related offers.
Checking one box does not check the other, and we only send the category of messages you agreed to. Consent to either is not a condition of receiving an offer, of any purchase, or of doing business with us, and you can decline both and still submit your property for review. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further text messages of that type to that number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers solely as necessary to operate and support our messaging program. Those service providers may not use it for their own marketing purposes.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

Service providers may not use mobile information or SMS opt-in data for their own marketing purposes.
